Cyclists are always battling to have a lean frame as cyclist have to take wind resistance into account when cycling. Our protein has minimal fats meaning that the cyclist are able to take it and still maintain their leanest possible frame while still putting on lean muscle and recovering well with our 20grams of protein ready for their next training session.
Clair combines her passion for cycling with running a successful coaching company. Her speciality is time trialling – the race of truth! In 2017 she came 2nd in the Tour of Ayrshire – beaten only by the reigning world amateur age group champion. This qualified her to take part in the World Amateur Championships in France where she came 13th.
In 2018 the focus of the year was closer to home, but still in Scotland! Where Clair came 2nd in the National Championships on a very wet day in September.
This year races will again be abroad with the island of Kos being the starting point of the season.
